Rachel Plewes, M.Sc. is a landscape limnologist and data analyst with Ecoscape. Rachel has experiences in applying a wide range of statistical and geospatial methods to provide valuable insights pertaining to the health and sensitivity of freshwater ecosystems. Rachel has experience in aquatic toxicology, water quality modelling, and watershed approaches to lake management and monitoring. Rachel specializes in R programming for statistical, geospatial, and data analysis. She also has expertise in writing scripts to conduct geospatial analysis efficiently in ArcGIS. Her diverse background in geography, geomatics, and biology allows her to be involved with many projects at Ecoscape.
When not at work, Rachel can be found on the slopes in the winter and in the water during the summer months.
